- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Make the crust: In a bowl, whisk together flour and confectioners’ sugar. Add butter and mix until crumbly. Press into a 9-inch (23cm) tart pan.
- Bake crust for 20-25 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Make the filling: In a bowl, mix together raspberries, chocolate chips, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
- Arrange the raspberry mixture on the baked crust.
- Bake for an additional 25-30 minutes or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
